Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@itskenkate.com with your order number and reason for return.
Note: Items marked as final sale, custom-made, or perishable (e.g. supplements or skincare, if opened) cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved:
• Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
• It will be issued to your original payment method, including Klarna if applicable
• Klarna will adjust or cancel any remaining payments if your order was made using their services
If your return is rejected (e.g. damaged or used items), we will notify you and return the item back to you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. Recheck your bank account or Klarna app
2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted
3. Contact your bank—there is often a processing delay

Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
